The XPointer Max distinguishes itself from other pinpointers by its innovative high-quality design. It has a non-slip handle that fits well in the hand, two easy-to-press buttons with which you can operate the pinpointer and which are always within thumb reach. It is also equipped with a transparent detection point and a small luminous display on which you can see what you have set and whether the found object is made of iron or precious metal.
Waterproof
The XPointer Max is completely waterproof to a maximum depth of 5 meters underwater. This has the advantage that you can also use this pinpointer underwater. A rain shower is no problem at all and after your search day you can simply rinse the Xpointer Max under the tap.
Built-in speaker
The XPointer Max has a speaker in the battery cap that allows you to hear the tones very clearly, comparable to a speaker of a full size metal detector. If you unscrew the battery cap, you will see that the speaker is connected with a 3.5 mm connection, which you can also use for headphones.
Built-in battery
What should also not be missing is a built-in battery, which the XPointer Max also complies with. The 1000 mAh battery ensures maximum power and can be charged by means of a USB cable.
Settings and display
The XPointer Max has three detection modes, sound only, vibration only and sound and vibration simultaneously. The sensitivity can also be set in 4 steps and you can switch the searchlight on or off. All settings can be read from the luminous display, so no more guessing in the dark.
Discrimination
The Xpointer Max can distinguish ferrous from non-ferrous metals by means of two different tones, two different colored LEDs and a visual representation on the display.
