It's the ideal handheld detector for snorkeling. Professional divers can take the Scuba Tector Pro deep, up to 60m underwater! With its 95 kHz search frequency, the Scuba Pro is highly sensitive to even the smallest jewelry pieces. You can feel a vibration, see on the illuminated display, and even hear via a pulsating audio tone if there's an object hidden. Additionally, you can set the sensitivity/search depth at 4 levels, with the current level easily visible on the display (low/middle/high/boost).
If you wish to dive several meters deep, you can set the Quest Scuba Tector to dive mode. This mode prevents the 2 pressure buttons from being pressed due to underwater pressure. You can activate the Scuba underwater by moving it up and down a few times. Unlike the Scuba Tector, the Scuba Tector Pro has an extra mode button to switch from land to dive mode and back. The Scuba Tector Pro also features a reset button, letting you easily return to factory settings.
